A Blonde Goes to a Football Game...

I have a confession to make: I am a blonde.  I don't just mean my hair color, but the stereotypical, blonde joke, "did she really just say that?" kind of blonde.  My friends and college roommates can attest to the fact that I tend to innocently say whatever pops into my head without thinking it through first.  I am also very gullible and will believe most anything you tell me.
Case in point, my blonde moment at UNR football game this weekend.  I kept seeing the players sit on bikes and pedal during the game and thought it was really weird.  I finally decided to ask Scott about it...

Me:  "Why are they always riding those bikes during the game."
Scott:  "Oh, those bikes are for when a player messes up.  They get put on the bike if they're playing badly to get punished...like a penalty box in hockey." (He said it with a completely straight face)
Me:  "Oh, really?  I didn't know that!  Sucks for those guys."

Haha, Scott had me going for a little while until I finally realized what they were really for later in the game.  We both laughed pretty hard and Scott still teases me about that one.  I obviously don't know a lot about football (I've always been more of a basketball girl).
On that embarrassing note, here are some more pictures from our afternoon at the UNR vs. UNLV football game.  It was the big rivalry game, which is a big deal around here.  Sadly, Nevada lost by 3 but we still had a lot of fun at the game.
